During routine inspections, the agency monitored business activities to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations, including transparent pricing, product quality standards, and fair commercial practices.
OCCPA reaffirmed its mandate to safeguard consumer rights and promote a fair, competitive marketplace across the state.

In a bid to ensure the safety and well-being of consumers in Ondo State, the Competition and Consumer Protection Agency has solicited the partnership of the NSCDC, Ondo State command.
This partnership is to protect and promote the rights of consumers, safeguard consumers' right to safety, right to competitive price, value for purchase, standardised goods & services, provision of consumer redress platform, and many more. The partnership between both agencies was made at a familiarization visit made to the State Commandant, CC Oluyemi Joshua's Ibiloye cpo,mspsp,fwip by the Administrative Secretary, Mrs Hajia Kudirat Ola and her management staff.
